Registering on Mansur Gavriel allows you to create an account, which allows you to check on the status of your order, as well as faster check out for future orders. You can register for an account in the upper right corner of every page. Once you are a registered user, simply click sign in on the top right of the homepage to access your account. If you have forgotten your account password, please click "forgot password" when signing in to reset your password.
You can sign up for the Mansur Gavriel newsletter at the bottom left of every page. You will receive periodic updates on new styles, events, and restocks. You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any newsletter.
To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US)
We offer free FedEx ground shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

We offer free express shipping worldwide. All international orders will be fulfilled by DHL.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders shipped outside of the US (with exception of EU, Canada, UK, Australia, Korea and Japan) will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. These can be seen at the checkout with Global E where you can opt to pay taxes at check-out.
European Union, Canada, UK, Australia, Korea and Japan prices include taxes and duties in the product price.
Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Mansur Gavriel. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 1:00pm (ET) will be shipped out within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of missing or damage products the purchaser or recipient of the order must, within 14 days of the package's receipt, notify our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
REQUEST A RETURN FOR US ORDERS
If you would like to request a return, please fill out the below form with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Please note that all sample sale purchases are final sale.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable, and a $10 fee will be applied if you choose to use our domestic return label. Mansur Gavriel reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your
expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Mansur Gavriel will accept returns for handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your handbag for an alternate size, please e-mail email@example.com.
To accommodate any issues with fit, Mansur Gavriel will accept shoe orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoebox and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your shoes for an alternate size, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
To accommodate any issues with fit, Mansur Gavriel will accept clothing orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned clothing must be completely unworn with original tags attached. If you would like to exchange your clothing item for an alternate size, please e-mail email@example.com.
REQUEST A RETURN FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE US)
If you would like to request a return for an order from outside of US please access our Returns Portal HERE and follow the instructions provided. Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied for any international order. When you have completed the form you will be sent a pre-paid return label for you to affix to your parcel to send back.
Please note that all sample sale purchases are final sale.
Mansur Gavriel reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by Mansur Gavriel and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Mansur Gavriel and will be subtracted from any refund due.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Mansur Gavriel will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Mansur Gavriel. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Normally the return of the product to Mansur Gavriel takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country’s customs officers, the Masnur Gavriel product could be held by the boarder for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, Mansur Gavriel is unable to offer a refund until the bag is safely returned to our logistics depot.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Mansur Gavriel. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks or any additional shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment, and these will be deducted in the event you return one of our products.
All payments made on www.mansurgavriel.com are secure. You may pay by debit card, credit card, Paypal or another alternative payment method specified to your geographical location.
Payment via bank transfer, check or COD are not accepted. We do not accept orders via telephone at this time. New York, New Jersey and California state residents will be charged sales tax. Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).
The price of products outside US is calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on our website and the local currency of the destination country at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the Website. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order via the Website.
For some countries we will offer you the option to pre-pay applicable taxes, which will then be calculated and included in the final price when you place an order through the website. You acknowledge that such taxes are set by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.

All Mansur Gavriel products and materials are made in Italy. Your satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects in as timely a period as possible. Our vegetable tanned leather products are made with natural, untreated vegetable tanned leather. This means each skin is unique in its own specific coloring, markings, and striations, and the surface Is susceptible to scratching. variations in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects.
Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from www.mansurgavriel.com or one of our authorized retailers. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed as soon as possible. Mansur Gavriel product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
Mansur Gavriel prides itself on high-quality products made with the finest full grain leathers available. We work with family-owned tanneries and mills in Italy, thus allowing us to produce elevated and sumptuous leathers that will withstand the test of time and cherished for years to come.
However, as a company, we are aware of the multiple dealers worldwide that sell counterfeit products and want to protect our customers from purchasing product that is not authentic. Our recommendation is to always purchase product during our website launches or through one of our retail partners, which are listed on our Boutiques page. Partners not listed on this page have not been vetted through Mansur Gavriel, and therefore, can be assumed as counterfeit. If you have purchased Mansur Gavriel product outside of the above parameters, we cannot assist in refunds and/or exchanges. We’d like to advise our customers to be cautious with their purchases and assist them in purchasing product directly from Mansur Gavriel or from our trusted retail partners. Kindly note that we cannot accurately advise on product authenticity that does not fall within these guidelines.
