RETURNS 

Mansur Gavriel will accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note, Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale includes items purchased at a 25% off or greater discount and monogram items, as well as any items marked "Final Sale" on the product page, mini cart, checkout, or order confirmation email. Returned handbags and wallets must also include the original box, dust bags or dust totes with original tags attached. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Returned shoes must also include the original shoe box and dust bags or dust totes, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Returned clothing must be completely unworn with original tags attached.

For domestic orders, original shipping costs are non–refundable, and return shipping is $15. Please be aware that for international orders original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied.

Mansur Gavriel reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

REFUND POLICY

If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Mansur Gavriel. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks or any additional shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment, and these will be deducted in the event you return one of our products. Note: shoppers in Canada are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes when a return is issued, as are EU customers under the EU Right of Withdrawal.
